PETS
Your pets are welcome with prior consent and a paid non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet paid through the website. When bringing your pets, guests are responsible for picking up waste in tied bags and disposing properly in outside bins. Please keep pets off the furniture whenever possible. If any damage or additional cleaning is needed that exceeds the pet fee, you will be charged through the website.
SMOKING
This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping. Smoking inside the home is subject to a $500 fee. The use of marijuana or any evidence of other drug usage is subject to a $500 fee.
NOISE
Please respect the space and the neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable between 8PM-8AM. The neighborhood is strict about this and will call the police if they hear a party or excessive noise. Repeated noise complaints may result in eviction from the house without refund.
BREAKAGE
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything during your stay please let us know immediately. If it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger item (ex: TV screen, appliances, furniture, etc.) we'd like to work out the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
